How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days after processing. We ship via trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations – please contact us at support@d2tstore.com to inquire.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by visiting our Order Tracking Page.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do? Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@d2tstore.com and we’ll look into it right away.


Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method. PayPal allows you to pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to get your items to you as fast as possible. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us at support@d2tstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, changes may not be possible.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do? First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us at support@d2tstore.com with your name and order details, and we’ll resend the confirmation.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through PayPal, which uses industry-leading encryption to protect your personal and financial information.

Are your products true to size? Yes, our products are designed to fit true to size. However, some items like hoodies and hoodie blankets are meant to have a relaxed, oversized fit. Check the product description for fit details.

Do you restock sold-out items? We try to restock popular items, but some designs are limited edition. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to be the first to know about restocks and new drops.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer free returns? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping.
