These Billing Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the D2T Solutions website (d2tstore.com), which is operated by or on behalf of D2T Solutions LLC, its affiliates, and related companies (“D2T Solutions LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Site.

D2T Solutions LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to:

- Modify pricing and availability; and
- Cancel orders

Pricing: All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
Product Images: Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or appearance due to screen settings and manufacturing variations.
5. Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by D2T Solutions LLC.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability;
- Errors in pricing or product information;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
- Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots; or
- Violation of these Terms.
Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when your order is shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.
Order Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order at our sole discretion.
6. Payment Terms
When placing an order on d2tstore.com, a standard authorization check is performed on your payment method to ensure sufficient funds are available.

Authorization & Capture
- Funds captured during authorization are treated as a deposit until your order is shipped.
- Once your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation email, the full amount is applied to the final purchase.
- If your order is canceled for any reason, the authorized amount will be released back to your payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Billing Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information, including:
- Full legal name
- Valid email address
- Accurate billing and shipping addresses
- Valid payment information
Providing inaccurate information may result in order delays or cancellation.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS and FedEx.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days after processing
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations—please contact support@d2tstore.com for inquiries.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order at d2tstore.com/ast-order-tracking/.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from the Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email us at support@d2tstore.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Product Availability
Products displayed on the Site are available while supplies last. Due to the limited nature of certain releases, items may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may:
- Notify you and cancel your order with a full refund; or
- Offer an alternative product (upon your approval).
10. User Accounts

You may create an account to facilitate faster checkout and order tracking. You are responsible for:

Account Termination

By submitting Comments, you assign to D2T Solutions LLC all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in the Comments, including all intellectual property rights. We have no obligation to:
- Keep Comments confidential;
- Pay compensation for any Comments; or
- Respond to any Comments.
You agree that your submissions:
- Do not violate the rights of others;
- Do not contain unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material;
- Are your own original content; and
- Do not contain viruses or malicious code.
D2T Solutions LLC may use non-personally identifiable demographic information derived from these submissions for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications relating to:
- Account updates
- Order confirmations and shipping notifications
- New product releases and drops
- Promotions or marketing

Opt-Out: You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by:

Please note that you cannot opt out of transactional emails related to your orders.

15. Fraud Prevention

- Require additional identification or documentation;
- Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders;
- Ship first-time high-value orders only to the billing address;
- Decline orders using unsupported payment methods; and
- Cancel orders shipping to freight-forwarding or drop-ship addresses.
Providing accurate billing and contact information helps prevent processing delays. Orders flagged for potential fraud will be reviewed, and you may be contacted for verification.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. RN OVIX TRADING LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- Results obtained from the Site will be accurate or reliable;
- Any defects will be corrected; or
- The Site is free of viruses or harmful components.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RN OVIX TRADING LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- Personal injury or property damage; or
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless D2T Solutions LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses—including reasonable attorneys’ fees—arising from:

- Your breach of this Agreement;
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights;

- Your fraudulent or negligent conduct.
19. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@d2tstore.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to address your concerns within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
- Arbitration will be conducted in the State of Texas.
- The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
- Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Exceptions
The following claims are exempt from arbitration:
- Claims in small claims court (if eligible);
- Claims for injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property infringement.
20. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For any claims not subject to arbitration, you agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
21. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
22. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and D2T Solutions LLC regarding your use of the Site. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreements or communications.
23. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by D2T Solutions LLC to be effective.
24. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent. D2T Solutions LLC may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice.
25. Force Majeure
D2T Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, acts of God
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Government actions or restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Carrier delays or shipping disruptions
- Supply chain issues
- Power outages or internet failures
26. Termination
D2T Solutions LLC may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Site ceases immediately;
- You must destroy any materials obtained from the Site; and
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply.
