Order Tracking

- Entering your email address or order ID on the tracking page.
Tracking Tips:

- International tracking may have limited updates once the package leaves the U.S.

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and the following:

International
We now ship internationally to most countries worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to the following destinations due to shipping restrictions:
- Countries under U.S. trade sanctions (Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, etc.)
- Remote regions with limited carrier access

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We proudly support our military community. Orders to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are accepted at the U.S. flat rate ($5.99 under $60 / Free over $60), though delivery times may be extended by 2-4 weeks depending on location.
Address Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for certain oversized items)
- Freight forwarding addresses
- Addresses flagged for fraud prevention
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, please be aware:
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
- Customer Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
- Customs Delays: International packages may be held by customs for inspection. This is normal and typically resolves within a few days. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
- Refused Packages: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
Tip: Check with your local customs office to estimate potential fees before placing an international order.
Potential Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Carrier Delays: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL service disruptions
- Weather Disruptions: Severe weather, natural disasters, or extreme conditions
- High-Volume Periods: Holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
- Customs Processing: International orders may experience customs delays
- Supply Chain Issues: Unexpected inventory or fulfillment delays
- Incorrect Address: Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping information
During Peak Seasons:
- Holiday orders (November-December) may experience delays of 3-5 additional business days.
- International orders may experience delays of 5-10 additional business days during peak periods.
- We recommend ordering early during peak periods to ensure timely delivery.

Order Issues
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please follow these steps:
- Verify the Address: Check your order confirmation to ensure the shipping address provided was correct.
- Check Surroundings: Look around your front porch, back door, mailbox, garage, or any safe spots the carrier may have used.
- Ask Neighbors: Check if a neighbor accepted the package on your behalf.
- Check with Building Management: For apartments or condos, check with the front desk or mailroom.
- Wait 24-48 Hours: Carriers occasionally mark packages as “Delivered” before they physically arrive.
- Review Tracking Details: Check the carrier’s website for specific delivery notes or photos.
If you still cannot locate your package after completing these steps, please email us at support@d2tstore.com within 7 days of the delivery date (U.S.) or 14 days (International). We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items.
- Contact Us Immediately: Email support@d2tstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- Keep All Packaging: Do not discard the box or packaging materials, as they may be needed for the carrier’s claim.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item(s):
- Do Not Use the Item: Keep it in original condition with tags attached.
- Contact Us: Email support@d2tstore.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
- Return Instructions: We will provide a prepaid return label (U.S. orders) and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Stolen Packages
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery:
- File a Police Report: For packages of significant value, we recommend filing a report with local authorities.
- Contact the Carrier: File a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Contact Us: Email support@d2tstore.com with your order number and any relevant documentation.
While we are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modifying an Order
Need to change your order? Contact us at support@d2tstore.com as soon as possible. We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed. Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, changes cannot be made.
Modifications may include:
- Shipping address changes
- Item size or color changes (subject to availability)
- Adding or removing items
Canceling an Order
To cancel an order, email us at support@d2tstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our Return Policy.
Signature Requirements
For your protection, we may require a signature upon delivery for:
- Orders over $150 in value
- High-demand or limited-edition items
- Addresses with previous delivery issues
- International orders over $100 in value
If a signature is required, the carrier will make multiple delivery attempts. You may also be able to authorize release or redirect the package through the carrier’s website.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from D2T Solutions are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means:
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier.
- Once the carrier has possession of your package, D2T Solutions is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by the carrier.
- We will, however, assist you in filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged packages.
